Building upon the existing raised parking area, we crafted a garage and covered outdoor living space to blend to and with the character and finishes of the cottage home. The new entertaining space provides a shaded refuge with a cross breeze on the hottest summer days, as well as a dry protected area to enjoy during the wet months.
The limited access and tandem slopes of the property required some unique construction solutions.
