This building was designed to maximize its interior space potential, yet still meet the footprint and height constraints of the local building bylaws.
FORMATURA created the building design, provided construction drawings, acted as a consultant during the construction process. The structure is complete, exterior finishing is underway, and plumbing and electrical are being roughed in.
