The walkout basement of this home was redeveloped to create both a fully self contained two bedroom suite with garden patio while also refreshing the separate family room, storage and laundry facilities associated with the main home living areas. This floorplan was designed to maximize the useful living space and minimize the necessity for changes to the window/door layout and structure of the building.
