The 1971 home was stripped down to its original shell and completely redesigned. Entry and stairs reinvented, walls were moved, ensuite, bedrooms and office created, main living spaces opened up, windows enlarged, skylights added, along with all new plumbing , electrical and HVAC systems. The rear yard was regraded to allow for creation of a rear patio and access to it from the lower level via french doors.
